Dagupan, city, northwestern Philippines, on the island of Luzon, in Pangasinan Province. Located on Lingayen Gulf, Dagupan is the chief port and commercial center of the province; an active trade is conducted in sugarcane, corn, rice, copra, salt, and an alcoholic liquid produced from the nipa palm.
